You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used cosmetic products.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your items.
💸 Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after inspection.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
⚠️ Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@luverabeauty.store with:

Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded once opened:
